How to make a return
- Securely package your item(s)
- Include your order number inside the parcel (or proof of purchase)
- Write your order number clearly on the outside of the package
- Send using a postal service of your choice to the correct return address below.
Please keep your proof of postage until your refund is complete.
Return conditions
- Items must be new and unused
- All original tags and labels must be attached

Refunds & processing times
- Refunds are processed once items are received and inspected
- Refunds are issued to the same payments method used at checkout
- Returns sent to our UK or USA return addresses may take an additional 10-12 days to process, as they are forwarded to Ireland

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. See below for more information.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To withdraw from your order, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by submitting a cancellation or return request through our store. You will receive an automatic confirmation once your request has been received.
Refunds (Cancellations)
Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will refund your payment — including standard delivery costs — within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase.
Return of goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised (e.g. custom embroidered or monogrammed items)
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
Your 90-day returns policy
While a return within 14 days is the statutory requirement, please note that as part of our 90-day goodwill returns policy, the window with which you must return your items to Skellig Gift Store from delivery is in fact 90 days in order to be eligible for your return to be processed. This is separate to, and does not affect, your EU withdrawal rights.
