How to make a return

  1. Securely package your item(s)
  2. Include your order number inside the parcel (or proof of purchase)
  3. Write your order number clearly on the outside of the package
  4. Send using a postal service of your choice to the correct return address below.

Please keep your proof of postage until your refund is complete.

Return conditions

  • Items must be new and unused
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • Knitwear should be folded as received

Refunds & processing times

  • Refunds are processed once items are received and inspected
  • Refunds are issued to the same payments method used at checkout
  • Returns sent to our UK or USA return addresses may take an additional 10-12 days to process, as they are forwarded to Ireland

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, please place a new order online for a refund.

US Customers: Please return items directly to our Ireland address via USPS International. 

USPS customs form wording (must be exact): 

  • Description: "Returned merchandise - returning to seller"
  • Reason for shipment: Return
  • Declared value: Original purchase price (not zero)
  • Country of origin (if asked): Ireland
  • Notes (if space allows): "Returned goods to origin - no change of ownership"
