Return / Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or exchange


All returns must be made within 30 days of the received date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Earrings can not be returned due to Hygiene Reasons.


To return an item, Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your Order Number or proof of purchase and mail your return the following address:

Important: For all Non-EU countries including the UK, Customs Forms Need to be Filled in Carefully to Avoid the Postal Service Returning the Item back to you. Please include our Phone & Email Address on the Customs Form.This Way we will be informed if there is an issue.If you have any Issues or Questions please ask a postal Worker who will help.

If the reason for return is not based on a defect within the garment then you will be required to pay shipping for the item you wish to exchange or refund.

Please return Items with The Postal Service if Possible.

If returning With Postal Service or FedEx/Dhl Please make sure that all Customs Forms are Filled and the item is Clearly Marked as a Return. FedEx/Dhl will need the Original Invoice Enclosed with the Return PaperWork. Please note that returns have a processing time of up to 14 business days from receipt at our returns facility. This may be longer at peak times.

Please note that the original shipping fee paid to deliver your order to the shipping address is non-refundable. Please ensure you have purchased with us before making a return. Parcels returned to us in error will not be processed.
