Return / Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund Within 90 Days. We refund your purchase with the same payment method used when paying for the item.
For all items returned to our UK & USA Address it can take a further 10-12 Days for a refund as these are automatically forwarded to our Irish address.
RETURNS
Please have order number on or inside the returned package.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please fold knitwear as you have received. Earrings can not be returned due to hygiene reasons. Special & made to order rings & jewellery can not be refunded.

To return an item, Place the item securely in a sealed package and include your order number or proof of purchase and mail your return by postal service only to the following address.
