Our Returns Policy
Important: For all UK and Non-EU countries, please ensure that the returns form is marked correctly and on the customs form the order is marked as a return.
If the reason for return is not based on a defect within the garment then you will be required to pay shipping for the item you wish to exchange or refund.
Please fill in this page and print. If no access to a printer, please just write the details on a blank page and securely tape to package.
Please note you will need your order number as per your order confirmation email. This is a 5 or 6 digit number. You will be able to find this on your confirmation email, fill in the contact form below and let us know if the item(s) are damaged, you are not satisfied with the quality of goods or you need to return the item(s) for a different size.
With over 50 years of experience selling Irish products, we are very passionate about our products and pride ourselves in our excellent customer service. We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied we’ll be happy to offer you a refund on merchandise that is returned in its original condition within 90 days of receipt. *The only exception to this is Personalized Products, Perishable items like Chocolate or Earrings unless they are faulty.
Please return Items with The Postal Service if Possible.
If returning With FedEx/Dhl Please make sure that all Customs Forms are Filled and the item is Clearly Marked as a Return.
FedEx/Dhl will need the Original Invoice Enclosed with the Return PaperWork
Please note that returns have a processing time of up to 14 business days from receipt at our returns facility. This may be longer at peak times. All items must be confirmed as received back in a fully unused and re-saleable condition before we can process your return. Please note that the original shipping fee paid to deliver your order to the shipping address is non-refundable.
Please ensure you have purchased with us before making a return. Parcels returned to us in error will not be processed.
- Damage claims must be filed within 2 days of receipt of goods.
- Claims for defective items must be made within 30 days upon receipt of goods
- Please Note Earrings Can Not be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Jewellery Tags Need to be still attached also for hygiene reasons.
- Jewellery returned without tags will not be refunded.
- All Tags most be still attached to Blankets/Hats/Sweaters/Scarfs to receive a refund.
- When Returning items please pack them with Care.
- Normal wear is not considered a defect.
